RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations through our website will be guaranteed following receipt of the entire (100%) stay fee. Please note that reservations via online travel agencies may be subject to different deposit and/or pre-payment requirements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate that plans change and hopefully, changes will not affect your plans to stay with us. During the winter season (December to March), cancellations will be subject to the following conditions and fees.
Individual Room Bookings
- Within 30 calendar days of check-in date (or no-show): 100% (Non-refundable)
- More than 30 days before the check-in date: Free
Group (Entire Lodge) Bookings
- 100% (Non-refundable)
During the green season (April to November), there is free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours before arrival or no-show will be subject a 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable).
