Applications have closed for the 2026/2027 winter season but feel free to apply for subsequent seasons. We have manager and support staff positions.

• The manager needs to: (a) have the right to work legally in Japan, (b) be able to speak both English and Japanese, and (c) have some experience managing a hotel or pension.
• Support staff need to have the right to work legally in Japan (e.g., be on a working holiday visa) and have a valid driving license. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
