Cancellation Fee for Individual Room Bookings

• Within 30 calendar days of check-in date (or no-show): 100% (Non-refundable)
• Within 60 calendar days of check-in date: 50%
• More than 60 days before the check-in date: Free 

Cancellation Fee for Group (Entire Lodge) Bookings

• Within 60 calendar days of check-in date (or no-show): 100% (Non-refundable)
• More than 60 calendar days of check-in date: 50%

During the green season (April to November), there is free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours before arrival or no-show will be subject a 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable). 

Please note that reservations made through third party travel agents or booking websites might be subject to a different cancellation policy. 

We do not provide refunds after your stay.
